What to Expect
Your first session, arrive 15 minutes early. We'll show you where to store your stuff, teach you how to wrap your hands, and get you familiar with the ring and equipment.
Bring water and a towel. Wear gym clothes and trainers (or go barefoot in the ring). We have hand wraps available, but many people prefer their own.
Each session is structured: warm-up, technique focus, bag work or pad work, conditioning, cool-down. You'll sweat. You'll feel it the next day. And you'll come back.
