How we handle your information, in plain English.
Last updated: September 2026. This policy explains how Firefite BoxCross Ltd, trading as BoxCross UK, of 15 Regal Road, Wisbech PE13 2RQ, handles personal data.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to write in the message field. If you become a member we also hold membership, billing and attendance records through our membership system.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, book you in, administer your membership, and keep the gym safe and secure. Where we send marketing, we do so only with your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.
Lawful basis
Contract, where we are providing you with a membership. Legitimate interests, where we are responding to an enquiry you made. Consent, for marketing. Legal obligation, where we are required to keep records.
Who we share it with
Our membership and payment providers, and our email and communications providers, all acting on our instructions. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data for up to 24 months. Membership records for as long as you are a member and for six years afterwards, to meet accounting and legal requirements.
CCTV
The premises are monitored by CCTV for the safety of members and staff. Footage is retained on a rolling basis and is only reviewed where there is a specific reason.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Forms store your entries in your own browser only until they are submitted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email us or write to the address above and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
