What is the free induction?

Twenty minutes with a coach who walks you round both buildings, sets you up on the equipment you care about and gives you something to follow. Included with every membership.

How does the 50% off work?

Fill in the form, download the BoxCross UK app, choose your membership and enter code FIRST50 at checkout. Your first month is half price; from month two you pay the standard rate.

Can I use the sunbeds on any membership?

Yes. Sunbeds are pay per minute from £0.80 a minute and can be used alongside any membership, or with no membership at all.

Do I have to do boxing?

No. Boxing is one of six things on offer and most members never touch it.
