A proper shop and nutrition bar in Wisbech, inside the gym: shakes made to order, coffee, PrepKing meals and shelves of supplements chosen by people who take them. Open during staffed hours.
Stocked by people who use it
Most gym shops are a fridge and a rack of whatever the supplier sent. This one is run by Amy, stocked on what the coaches and members actually buy, and priced so you do not have to go elsewhere.
Whey, creatine, pre-workout, shakers, bars and drinks, plus the things people ask for that most gyms do not carry. If something you use is missing, say so at the counter. That is how most of the shelf got there.
The bar sits at the hatch on the main floor, under the Dauda mural, so you can order a shake on the way out without leaving the building.

Shakes, made while you wait
Protein shakes, £4.50
Vanilla, Chocolate, Berry Blast, Green Power and Almond Delight. Whey based, blended to order, and the quickest post-session protein you will find in Wisbech.
Dirty shakes, £6.50
Choco-Nut Blast, Biscoff, Cookies and Cream, Peanut Butter, Mint Chocolate Chip, Banana Split, Jammie Dodger and Espresso Delight. Still protein first, just less apologetic about it. Some contain nuts; ask if that matters.
Coffee and cold drinks
Proper coffee from the machine, energy drinks, waters and protein drinks in the fridges. The fridges are stocked round the clock; the bar itself runs staffed hours.
PrepKing meals
Chilled, ready-made meals at around 45g of protein a portion, for the days when cooking is not happening. Stocked in the fridge by the hatch.

You are welcome to come in for a shake or a coffee during staffed hours. Reception will point you at the hatch.

Can non-members use the nutrition bar?
Yes. Come in during staffed hours and ask at reception.
What supplements do you sell?
Whey protein, creatine, pre-workout, shakers, capsules and bars, plus a rotating shelf of the things members ask for. Brands change with what is good value at the time.
Do the shakes contain nuts?
Some of the dirty shakes do. Tell the bar if you have an allergy and they will steer you.
Is it open at night?
The fridges and the vending machine are. The bar with made-to-order shakes and coffee runs staffed hours, which are on the app and at reception.
