The Sunday run club
in Wisbech
A free run club in Wisbech, biweekly 5K at 9am on a Sunday. Open to members and non-members, every pace welcome, fresh baked treats when you get back.
You do not have to be a runner
The most common thing people say before their first one is "I am not really a runner". Almost nobody there is. There are people walking sections, people pushing buggies, people training for something, and people who have not run since school.
It is free and it is open to everyone. You do not need a membership, you do not need to sign up, and you do not need to tell anyone you are coming. Turn up at 9am on a Sunday.
And there are cookies afterwards, plus a drink at the bar while you cool down, which is a considerable part of why people keep coming back.
