Dumbbells
Up to 70kg. Full range. Properly racked. Always organised.
Dumbbells work different stabiliser muscles than machines. They challenge balance. They let each arm work independently. They're essential.
Squat Racks
Multiple racks so you're never waiting. Each rack is adjustable for your height, equipped with safety pins, built sturdy for heavy loading, and spaced for comfortable training.
Front squats, back squats, overhead squats. the racks support all variations.
Deadlift Platforms
Dedicated platforms built for deadlifting. Drop-proof flooring protects the floor and lets you train hard.
Bumper plates and Olympic barbells. Everything for conventional, sumo, trap bar, or specialty deadlift work.
Barbells & Plates
Multiple Olympic bars at 20kg each. Standard diameter, properly maintained. Some specialty bars for variation.
Full range from 1.25kg to 25kg. Bumper plates for deadlifting. Standard plates for other lifts. All clearly marked.
