The Personal Training Process
- Initial Assessment. Your trainer assesses your fitness level, movement quality, limitations, and goals.
- Programme Design. Based on assessment and goals, your trainer designs a programme. Not generic. Yours.
- Technique Coaching. Bad form = wasted effort + injury risk. Within 3-4 sessions, your form is locked in.
- Progression. Every 2-3 weeks, your trainer adjusts the programme. More weight. More reps. Different exercises.
- Accountability. You show up because you have a session. You work harder because someone's watching.
- Nutrition Integration. Your trainer discusses nutrition and coordinates with our consultant.
