    What Is Step Class

    Imagine a stair-stepping motion, but coordinated to music, in a group setting, with variations.

    The basic step is simple. up, up, down, down on the step. But instructors add variations. knee lifts, lateral movements, turns, complicated choreography.

    By the end of class, you've had 45 minutes of high-energy cardio, lower body strength work, and coordination training.

    Class Structure
